What makes Magneto Watch different from other magnetic watches?
The big difference between Magneto Watch and all other providers of magnetic watches is the arrangement of the spheres.
Only with Magneto Watch does the inner sphere show the hours and the outer sphere the minutes.
With all other providers it is the other way round: inner sphere = minute, outer sphere = hour, so that the time cannot be read intuitively.

I ordered this amazing watch. Watch didn't work and they sent me replacement and it arrived in time. Client service was fast and responsive. Works perfectly over 2 weeks now. Only thing which I did not think about is that I had to pay UK post office extra £32 for delivery.

Hallo ich bin total zufrieden ,Ich wollte etwas anderes als normale Uhr haben , bin kein Fan von Digitaluhr . Ich kann von Magneto die Zeit perfekt ablesen . Die Magneto Uhr ist elegant und die Idee mit Kugeln ist spitze.
Ich habe mich für die Uhr entschieden, weil sie stilvoll ist und mit der Silber/Weiß Kombi ein echter Hingucker ist. Nach 4 Tagen war meine Uhr leider defekt, ich habe mich dann an den Kundenservice gewendet, die Antwort war eine ziemliches Enttäuschung, denn man schrieb mir: Schicke uns einfach deine Uhr zur Überprüfung in unsere Werkstatt:

Bei äußerlich erkennbaren mechanischen Schäden wie z.B. Kratzern, Dellen oder Kerben, bieten wir dir an, deine Uhr gegen eine Servicegebühr von nur 34,95€ zu reparieren oder auszutauschen. Diese Servicepauschale wird nur dann erhoben, wenn deine Uhr selbstverschuldeten Schaden aufweist und muss im Vorfeld über unseren Onlineshop kostenpflichtig gebucht werden.
Falls es sich um einen Garantie-/Gewährleistungsfall handelt, senden wir dir umgehend eine kostenlose Ersatzuhr zu.
Ich soll demnach die Einsendung und ggf. knapp 35 Euro bezahlen für die Reparatur einer Uhr, die ich ganze 4 Tage in meinem Besitz habe und bei der sich nun der Minutenzeiger nicht mehr stellen lässt, obwohl der Stundenzeigen einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht von diesem "Service". So eine Vorgehensweise ist nach ein paar Monaten sicher in Ordnung, aber nicht nach 4 Tagen!
Vielleicht hat man ja auch noch ein Einsehen.

They promised me to pay my money for shipment of the watch but after I did all the arrangements and once I received the watch they stopped responding me. It’s very bad they made me pay 90 USD extra for the shipment.
